SPECIAL ABILITIES: When in the prescense of water he can use it to gain further perception to access situations (comes in handy in battle) to heal himself and to gain wisdom he goes from a smart technician to a near genius if he gets ahold of enough water. Has slight control of water able to create forms with them and able to heat and cool it to most any temperature (enough to make smoke and to freeze) which he can use to create forms of ice. He is also adept at swimming and breathing underwater, though that isn't really special within this court.

So he disappeared, without a trace, and has been living in the ocean and sabotaging much of homeworld's efforts that involved Earth.
