The first guy is Haiseru in his Base form he is a stronger version of Cell but he is from a different scientist and a different computer.

Then there is Kaibuu she is the daughter of Uub not much to know about her other than she has another form

And the last guy isn't a new OC he is actually one of my first that I put on dA I just gave his hair and facial hair a re-vamp he's getting a whole new revamp actually
