Tatsuo-Titan Form- The Dragoon Titan

Ok so this is the design for Tatsuo's transformation I don't know when,why, or how he first shifted into a titan but here's the stats and some info on it.

He has a spiked spine going down his back he has sharp elbows and knees. Armor covers his chest half of his back his abdomen down to his groin, his forearms and fore legs and his shoulders. he has horns on his chin and browline his ears are pointed he has skin covering the edges of his mouth,no tongue, elongated chin his mouth now reaches farther to his cheeks and has some sharp and jagged teeth. He would be capable of intelligable speaking but he has no tongue. He can breath short spouts of fire which is why he was given the name Dragoon Titan. he has an retractable blade in his right hand though the blade is short it can be used in hand to hand combat which he still has some knowledge of.And in the back of his head from ear to ear there is exposed muscle tissue. He can give any Titan a very hard time and can probally even give the beast Titan a hard titan, yes the Beast Titan i a real canon titan for those who haven't read the manga.
